You need to do the Hawaii to Guam United flight that lands at Majuro, Truk, etc. think they use 737. When I did that route in the 70s it was on a 727.

Speaking of long flights on small planes, I did notice that the Canadian airline; Porter Airlines, started service from Toronto to San Francisco on an Embraer 195 E2

I almost booked this flight as well: AMS-RIG-DXB-SIN. I decided to spend a little more for the Saudia AMS-JED-SIN trip.

Not gonna lie when I saw the tittle of the video I was expecting like a CRJ. Anywho the longest A220 flight I’ve taken was with Air Canada. Toronto to Aruba and Toronto Seattle. Both around 5-6 hours. I wouldn’t call it a regional jet but the A220 certainly has an insane range.

When I flew Dublin to Toronto just as lockdown was finishing I flew 7 hours on a small plane like that with a mask on for the 7 hours , tough going as I’m a tall fella too

their business class product is nice but in economy they would serve NOTHING for free even on this 7 or 8 hour flight which is almost a crime. and sorry you got SCAMMED big time by the taxi driver.

Fantastic video, Noel. Ididn’t appreciate your tall guy. You’re tall like me 6 foot two. There is no way I would take that flight, one of the things I also noticed is just how narrow those seats are. You’re not at all heavy, but your shoulders far exceeded the width of those seats, yikes. I also noticed that flight for obvious reasons isn’t direct “as the crow flies” due to political issues. Keep up with the great videos, always interesting, not the standard in flight reviews . Your perspective on smaller , odd routes, and odd occurrences make your flight Great, I don’t watch anybody else at this point. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine booking a flight on one of those mouse house airlines were I to travel to the neck of the woods. Cheers! Happy traveling

Hey Noel you should check out Porter Airlines in Canada. Embraer E195-E2's fly all over the country. Victoria to Toronto is about 5.5 hours but very enjoyable on that plane(and 100x better than air canada)

Nice airline, I've enjoyed the flight from Aberdeen to Tallinn via Riga when it runs (seasonally). Like to upgrade to business class

I love the a220. I don't think it's really a regional jet. In some ways it competes with smaller 737's but a million times better and more advanced.

Aren't you basically in a seat that was roughly the size of one in a 707? That was the gold-standard for global air travel 60 years ago and in-flight entertainment was reading a book and chatting with your neighbor, then taking a nap.
